All commercial subscription payments are processed off-site through compliant third-party payment providers:
CleanSlate DFS, LLC does not store or process card numbers or CVVs on its servers. We receive only transaction tokens and subscription status metadata.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your personal information to facilitate account authentication (via Supabase), manage active subscription entitlements, communicate service updates, and protect the security of our infrastructure.

We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal basis to do so under applicable law, including with your consent, to deliver contracted services, to fulfill legal obligations, and for our legitimate business interests.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share transaction tokens or diagnostic data with our cloud hosting and infrastructure partners (Render, Supabase, Cloudflare) strictly to operate the service.
